Spring 2012 Announcement
Hello everyone~ Here is a little list of shows we picked to work on this season!
After a lot of discussion, we decided we should drop Natsume. Persona 4 will still be worked on, however!
We are still recruiting for all positions. The most urgent positions are Translation Checker, AFX logo maker/typesetter, Karaoke maker (experienced). Of course a Translator is always welcome as well. 1: Fate/Zero 2
The second season of Fate/Zero which takes place 10 years prior to the events of Fate/stay night, detailing the events of the 4th Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City. The Holy Grail War is a contest in which seven magi summon seven Heroic Spirits to compete to obtain the power of the "Holy Grail," which grants a miracle. After three inconclusive wars for the elusive Holy Grail, the Fourth War commences.
2: Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Jigokuhen
The second season of "Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?" which revolves on Aikawa Ayumu who is a normal high school boy. One day he is killed by a serial killer and revived as a zombie by a necromancer named Eucliwood Hellscythe. He starts to serve Eu as her guard but he happens to deprive the mahou shoujo Haruna of her magic power. Haruna orders Ayumu to fight against the anti-mahou shoujo system "Megalo" in her place.
3: Acchi Kocchi
A romance story between two young high-schoolers, Otonashi Io and the tsundere Miniwa Tsumiki.
4: Haiyore! Nyaruko-san
The story centers around Nyaruko, a formless Cthulhu deity who can take on the shape of a seemingly ordinary silver-haired girl. Mahiro Yasaka is a normal high school boy who is chased by aliens one night, until Nyaruko saves him.
Related to the Haiyoru! Nyaruani anime.
5: Sankarea
Furuya is obsessed with zombies so when his cat dies, he decides to try to bring it back from the dead using an old occult book. While Furuya is doing his experiment, he meets the school idol, a girl who wishes to die and be reborn as someone else.
6: Zetman
Jin is a strange kid with an angel mark on his hand. He lives a poor but peaceful life with his grandfather, along with the other destitute and abandoned vagabonds near the river. One day, his peaceful life changes when a strange monster named "player" appears, chopping off heads and killing everyone who appears in front of it.
7: Hiiro no Kakera
The protagonist is a teenage girl (Tamaki) who revisits a small village, she remembers from her childhood and gets caught up in her family's history and supernatural dangers surrounding it.
While walking along the hillsides waiting for the person who her grandmother sent to fetch Tamaki to the village, Tamaki comes across a small, white round object with sticks for limbs and talks. It runs off soon after, with Tamaki chasing after it. Soon Tamaki finds herself in a place where ‘it doesn’t feel like the world I came from’. She gets attacked by three slime creatures, and a male comes charging in to save her - by clamping his hands around her body and mouth and telling her to be quiet.
